Leica laser tracker qualified.  I am proficient in the ASME Y14.5M-1994 GD&T standard, AS9102 standards and requirements, FAIR inspection, outside processing receiving inspection, raw material inspection, in-process inspections, all AS9102 forms, final inspections for CoC shipping documents, technical blueprint reading (mylars and paper blueprints), and about six years of CNC machining which includes modifications of programs’ feeds and speeds. Over 8 years of experience - in school and at work - in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook). Programming of the Micro Vu optical comparators, extensive use of the CMM (programmed with Apogee/QC 5000/Calypso, Gear Pro software). Very familiar with surface plate open-setup inspections, calipers, ID/OD micrometers, thread gauges, Deltronic pin gages, checking splines, gears and threads over wires, bore gauges, Mitutoyo optical comparators, Pi tapes, thread/ring gauges, sine bar/compound sine plate setups, and height gages,profilometers, indicating micrometers, gauge pins and any required tools for the in-process inspection reports.
